What causes ambient air problem

The common source of ambient (Outdoor) air pollution caused by combustion processes from motor vehicles, solid fuel burning and industry. Other pollution sources include smoke from bushfires, windblown dust, and biogenic emissions from vegetation (pollen and mould spores). Breathing in polluted air can be very bad for our health. Long-term exposure to such gases like carbon, nitrogen and sulfur oxides has been associated with diseases of the heart and lungs and often causes chronic and terminal health issues including heart disease, stroke, lung cancer, and lower respiratory infections.
