Continuous Emission Monitoring System

What causes continuous emmission problem

The emissions from the equipment of industrial sites such as refineries, oil & gas plants, or other facilities is mainly concerned which are or could be harmful to people. The criteria pollutants are carbon monoxide (CO), lead (Pb), nitrogen dioxide(NO2), ozone (O3), particulate matter (PM), and sulfur dioxide (SO2) levels of air toxics known or suspected as human or animal carcinogens. Exposures to air toxics can also cause noncancerous health effects, such as neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, reproductive and/or immune system damage.

What we do

EnviPro LLC provide precise instrumentation, integration, installation and annual maintenance contracts for CEMS which ensure data accuracy, higher monitoring frequency, conversion equation, graph, or computer program to produce results in units of the applicable emission limitation or standard. We ensure that emissions from your industrial combustion or incineration processes remain compliant with National Ambient Air Quality standards and Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) regulations.

Innovative and analytical reports. Process for using data analysis to resolve air quality issue.

  • NDIR Technology: SO2, NOx, CO, CO2, CH4
  • Zirconia/Galvanic/Paramagnetic: O2
  • FTIR Technology: SO2, NOx, CO, HC, O2, CH4, HCL, HF, THC, CO2
  • FTUV Technology: SO2, NOx, NH3, H2S, BTEX, CS2
  • Continuous Sampling: Dioxin, Mercury
  • Scattering/Cross stack/Tribo probe: Opacity, Dust
  • Flow and Temperature

Features Of CEMS:

  • Continuous emission monitoring system has four basic parts: the dust monitoring subsystem, gaseous pollutants monitoring subsystem, flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, system control and data acquisition and processing subsystem.
  • CEMS can monitor SO2, NOx, O2, dust, temperature, pressure, flow rate and other parameters such as HCl, HF, CO, CO2 for specific occasions.
  • Completely independent research and development of the core module and algorithm, the CEMS monitoring system has strong market competitiveness.
  • Analyzer gas chamber is processed with the features of strong gas chamber, low cost and low impact by water and dust. The detector and the gas chamber adopts optical fiber for connection. The Stack Emission Monitoring System is easy to replace, and maintenance cost is low.
  • The Stack Emission Monitoring System is compact with high integration, easy to transport and install.
